Our Residential Services provide a safe, structured, and supportive living environment for individuals with behavioral health needs. We offer 24/7 supervision, care, and support in a comfortable, homelike setting that promotes independence and growth. Residents benefit from individualized treatment plans, skill-building opportunities, and therapeutic interventions that help them navigate daily life and develop the tools they need for long-term success.
- Residential Team Members:
- Residential Manager: Oversees the overall care of residents and ensures the safe operation of the facility.
- Behavior Health Technician: Provide day-to-day care, monitor residents’ well-being, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ Board Certified Behavior Analyst assistant: Develops individualized treatment plans, conducts assessments, and supervises therapy sessions.
- Residential Coordinator: Works closely with residents to provide therapeutic interventions, support with daily activities, and ensure treatment goals are beingmet.
- Psychiatric Medical Director: Provides oversight of psychiatric care, medication management, and clinical decision-making.
