Outpatient ABA Therapy
Outpatient ABA Therapy focuses on delivering in-home, school, and community-based services to children with behavioral and developmental challenges. Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we work on building essential skills in natural settings—such as at home, school, or in the community—so individuals can transfer learned behaviors to everyday life. Our therapists provide personalized interventions that promote positive behavior changes, enhance communication, and foster greater independence.
- Outpatient Teams Members:
- Clinical Director: Oversees the entire ABA therapy program to ensure its clinical integrity and alignment with evidence-based practices. The Clinical Director supervises and provides guidance to BCBAs, Assistant Behavior Consultants, and other clinical staff, ensuring all interventions are delivered effectively and ethically. They also ensure that treatment plans and assessments meet regulatory standards and that staff receive the appropriate support and supervision.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Develops individualized treatment plans, conducts assessments, and supervises therapy sessions.
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS): Develops individualized treatment plans, conducts assessments, and supervises therapy sessions.
- Assistant Behavior Consultant: Works closely with the BCBA an/or the LBS to assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans. They provide support during therapy sessions, collect and analyze data, and help monitor progress. They also play a key role in implementing interventions and offering feedback on treatment plans to ensure client success.
- Behavior Health Technician: Implements ABA therapy interventions under the supervision of a BCBA or LBS, assisting clients with skill-building and behavior management.
